[Mono-dev] MSBuild target for Mono

Builds inside VS2005 use Microsoft.Build.Tasks.Hosting.ICscHostObjectinterface.
Microsoft.Build.Tasks.Csc class is also used for builds. To use mcs instead
of csc you need to write your own Csc task with ie. CscHostObject.
