[Mono-dev] Literal.cs -- Diff attached

Hi,

    I'm trying to regain my old glory of "hacking ASP.Net". Touching the 
codebase after a gap of, may be, at least 1-1.5yrs or may be even more... :D

    Started with a small class Literal. The diff is attached. I have not 
been able to test the code because I have not been able to build it. While 
building mcs with net_2_0 profile, I get an error:

    Is there something I am missing (seems so)... I'm trying on Cygwin.
