[Mono-dev] ANNOUNCE: Ice 3.0 released

Hi, we've just released Ice 3.0. (For those of you who haven't heard of 
it, it's a multi-language and multi-platform middleware.) Some 
highlights: improved C# and VB mapping and a new grid service. And, of 
course, it works with the latest Mono :-)
