[Mono-dev] MONO_LOG_LEVEL variable = debug | info results in no http responses

I've been having intermittent trouble since upgrading to 1.1.10-2 in
that everything now appears to be working correctly, but then eventually
everything dies and goes over to 503 errors again.  Any of the
/mono?restart= options fixes this, but....

I'm trying to collect more information in order to trace the source of
this problem..

Setting MONO_LOG_LEVEL="debug" or MONO_LOG_LEVEL="info" now results in
no http response.. No 200, 404,403,500,503 or anything..

Is this the desired/expected behavior?
