[Mono-devel-list] [patch] Microsoft.VisualBasic.Information.RGB uses wrong colour order

Hi Guys,

RGB() in System.VisualBasic.Information uses the wrong colour order,
attached is a patch including changelog entry to fix it.

I have a sample program that demonstrates this, showing the colour
inverse between the two runtimes, if anyone wants this I can mail it to
them privately rather than clog the list with it.

Comments -- do you guys think this is right? (Works for us, and working
through logically we beleive this is the cause.)
