[Mono-devel-list] Embedding Mono

None, you don't embedded Mono on a language but yet on an Application
written in that language. For instance, if you integrate mono in
OpenOffice.org, users (more probably devs at IT departments, in lieu
of end-users) could write macros/addins in C#, Boo, MonoBASIC,
Nemerle, etc...

The hard-part normally is not to embed Mono runtime but to offer your
apps functionalities as a managed object model...
