[Mono-devel-list] Preparing the 1.1.5 release.

This shouldn't exactly be highlighted, but mono >= 1.1.4 will not
build from the tarball on linuxppc on a G3.
Granted, this is quite obscure.  But it might be worth mentioning as a
known issue.
