[Mono-devel-list] GCC 4's GIMPLE and Mono/Mcs and C++/CLI

C++/CLI is a godawful mess. Unfortunately, I actually know one of the
guys behind it.

mono/mcs works fine with gcc4. I've got it here and it's happy.
Unfortunately, there is a problem with libgdiplus and gcc which is now
in bugzilla and Jordi will have a look at it.
