[Mono-devel-list] Merging our System.Drawing

Hello.

I am starting to merge out our fixes to System.Drawing, together with
TARGET_JVM ifdefs. The goal is to use Mono SVN as our primary source
repository for System.Drawing.

Patches that do not change flow with TARGET_JVM undefined I will commit
without sending to devlist, and those that affect flow of Mono I will
post here for review.

The attached file is the first patch, adding to ColorTranslator ability
to produce HTML color names for system colors.
