[Mono-devel-list] Rich Text web component

Does anyone know of or have they found any rich text or WYSIWYG rich text
component compatible with the mono development environment?  I've got some
bits and pieces that support a current design, but I'd kinda like to be able
to scrap most of it if something out ther already fit the bill.

In the same vein something that can edit CSS sheets and XSL sheets
graphically through a web interface would also be nice.
