[Mono-devel-list] Corlib not in sync with this runtime: expected colib version 28, found 22

mono and mcs compiled without error from a tar ball
typed mcs and the in sync error showed up

Downloaded Monolite - did not work
Downloaded Monocharge - did not work (Took a while to figure out there was line feeds in the recharge.sh script)

Need to start from a known good point. Any help would be appreciated. I am working on my 10th or 11th attempt get Mono to compile....
