[Mono-devel-list] make run-test broken in mcs/tests

Hello Hari,
harness.mk still has a problem, and I found the cause of the problem.
In harness.mk line 21, it tries to echo TEST_RUNTIME, but since
TEST_RUNTIME contains ";;" by config-default.make (unless we have
TEST_MONO_PATH).
Right now I just removed that line locally. Maybe you can fix it?
