[Mono-devel-list] Bugs fixes on System.Data.OracleClient

Hi!

I'm sending two bug fixes for System.Data.OracleClient dataprovider, the 
first change the enconding to System.Text.Encoding.Default for enable the 
use of latin characters like 'éèãêâÀÁÃ' when retrive field values of type 
varchar, and the second fix a bug with number fields with decimal places 
when no parameter is provided for OracleCommand when this is executed and 
passed to OracleAdapter to fill a DataSet...
