Just upgraded the laptop of slowness from 0.30.1 on rh9 using
red-carpet's install from file.  It worked like a charm, pulled the
needed gal/gtkhtml and cleaned up the old mono/mono-devel packages.

I test drove monodoc a bit and all looked good.

Duncan's the man.
