mono windows installerI have attached the .nsi script I used to build Mono
0.30 windows installer. Note, the script only builds the windows
installer. It requires Mono to already have been built via configure, make,
make install on the mono 0.30 tarball release.

Hi Daniel,
Miguel was telling me that you are the man for the Windows Installer. Did
you notice that the runtime does not compile anymore on cygwin in the last
couple of days? How do you make the installer? Would it be possible to
check-in a description and the tools you use to build the installer, so that
others have the possibility to make an installer as well?
Thanks a lot for any response!
