mono windows installerJohannes wrote the original script.

In cvs module mono, look for monowiz.win32.nsi or something like that.
It requires NSIS 2.0 from http://nsis.sourceforge.net/ to build it.

I even modified it to build a gtk# installer, and a combined mono/gtk#
installer.

I do know eno fixed the problems with the Windows build the last time.  We
could ask his expertly advice.  Gonzalo maybe able to fix it too.
