Confirmed. I'm running Mono 0.30.2, which was released on the 27th Feb.
All my components were built from source from the latest versions
availble last night.

The snapshots seem to be broken at least as far back as the 26th
(config.status: error: cannot find input file: mono/arch/amd64/Makefile.in).
