[Mono-devel-list] Problem with runtime from Windows Installer for 0.30

I downloaded the  Windows Installer for 0.30, from
http://www.go-mono.com/archive/0.30/windows/mono-0.30-win32-2.exe.
But when I tried to run a HelloWorld Application, got the following message.
"The assembly mscorlib.dll was not found or could not be loaded.
It should have been installed in the 
`e:/cygwin/home/danmorg/mono/install/lib' d
irectory."

Should I change any configuration parameters ?
