[Mono-devel-list] Why EventAttributes.RTSpecialName|SpecialName for events?

Hello,

We are going to fix this bug,
http://bugzilla.ximian.com/show_bug.cgi?id=60459

but want to know if there was any reason wht mcs was emitting
EventAttributes.RTSpecialName | EventAttributes.SpecialName for
every events.

If no problem, we will apply this patch later.
