[Mono-devel-list] missing monoresgen.exe in building Mono on Mac OS X.

It doesn't seem to be in CVS any more either, but there was a version
linked from the web site.

It's just runs v-- that set of commands anyway, but sets some handy
shell variables.

See the script for what you might want to set on the command line. 
ACLOCAL_FLAGS is a prime candidate.


Regarding the problem with monoresgen.exe, thats coming from the
Makefile in mono/runtime/ not the build script.
