Heya,

Here's a simple patch which makes LogicalMethodInfo.GetCustomAttribute()
to not raise 'Array index is out of range' exception if attribute is not
found.

(I don't have fresh cvs checkout and anoncvs seems to be slashdotted or
whatever, so it might not apply cleanly, but it's only couple of lines)
