[Mono-devel-list] npgsql patch to set protocol version properly with pooled connections

Hello,

	When using pooled connections with Npgsql the protocol version does not
get set. Here is a patch that adds a protocol version to the connector
and sets the protocol version in the connection when the connector is
pulled from the pool.
