[Mono-devel-list] XML Schema patch for compliant Post compilation infoset

Hello,

For those guys who are hacking related to schema stuff: I am going to
make not a little changes (68kb in patch) on sys.xml.schema. I put all
fixes here:

I confirmed with nunit and schema standalone tests and it makes no
problem. But if anyone will have trouble with those patches, please tell
me. If no problem, I'll commit later.

It will make post schema compilation infoset closer to .NET (with some
exceptions). See updated README and xs-psci-compare.cs in
Test/System.Xml.Schema/standalone_tests/ for the details.
