Hi everyone,

	Well, it's my birthday, and I just added support to build distributions
with my C# build tool. So if you hate autoconf [1], take a gander at

and tell me what you think. Things are still very preliminary, but the
architecture is in place, and already you can do some things that I
think are pretty neat. ** Read the README for a walkthrough
demonstrating the current features, and read doc/Manifesto.txt for a
short explanation of the design. **

[2] Also, this might barely maybe run on Windows, but I highly doubt it.
