I and others stubbed it, a long time ago, but  since no one has been 
actively developing it. See my also dormant MonoQLE project for the backend 
server for the namespace. Nowadays we are thinking of  following the 
Longhorn path, implementing our version of the Indigo technology, instead of 
  implementing System.Messaging as it is now.
