The project admin at source forge for that project may have web browse
access turned off.  I've seen other sourceforge proejcts that have web
browse access.

Here's ALPHA version of SerialPort code.  Some files in the Win32CE have
OpenNetCF licensing header, and were taken from OpenNetCF site. If licensing
proves to be a problem, i will rewrite low-level serial access.

P.S. For some reason CVS in SourceForge works for developers, but does not
allow WebBrowse.
