[Mono-devel-list] Serial Port (System.IO.Ports.SerialPort)

Here's ALPHA version of SerialPort code.  Some files in the Win32CE
have OpenNetCF licensing header, and were taken from OpenNetCF site.
If licensing proves to be a problem, i will rewrite low-level serial
access.

P.S. For some reason CVS in SourceForge works for developers, but does
not allow WebBrowse.
