Ok, so I don't see any problem..

Of course. (I'm not totally new to open source: Already worked on some 
MPLed Delphi/Kylix scripting component..)

But by Novell granting back my rights, I have the freedom to take the 
code and -after removing all 3rd party LGPL contributions and the 
necessity to link against mono- I can use that code for something else 
which possibly could even be closed source, or some release under 
another open source license.. (e.g. MPL)

BTW: Anyone who feels kinda bored and wants to investigate what I'm 
doing with mono code can do so by browsing my online darcs (cool 
software, but a memory hog) repo..

Well, this certainly is a good practice - if there is some feedback it 
becomes even better ;-)
