Yes, the form explicitly grants back all the rights to you for the code
you wrote.  

Notice that if your code is derivative of Novell's LGPL code, you still
have to abide by the LGPL.

But remember that even Massi had to post his patches here;  

We are trying internally to post large feature changes in public forums
to get reviews before they go into the tree.
