[Mono-devel-list] Dependency list to compile Mono from scratch?

Does anyone have a complete list of dependencies for all the library routines required to compile a full version of Mono?

So far, I cannot get past Cairo and hence have not even got to compiling the Mono runtime environment.

Cairo needs:
1) Xlib (installed)
2) XCB - failed
3) PostScript (installed)
4) PNG (Installed)
5) OpenGL compiled

XCB 0.8 (cvs) fails with:
No rule to make target `generics.xcb`, needed by `xcb.h`
