[Mono-devel-list] Little patch to System.Delegate.CreateDelegate

Aloha,

I couldn't sleep the other night, so I decided to look into how
System.Delegate works.

I saw that there were 2 for-loops in a row in CreateDelegate, and I
figured, I can probably eliminate one of them...

so here's a patch.
