Hi,
I came read a document in libgc ie README.Linux. The following lines
are from that README" This file applies mostly to Linux/Intel IA32. Ports
to Linux on an M68K, IA64,SPARC, MIPS, Alpha and PowerPC are also
integrated. They should behave similarly, except that the PowerPC port
lacks incremental GC support, andit is unknown to what extent the Linux
threads code is functional.
See below for M68K specific notes". It says PowerPc port lacks for
incremental GC support. Is it true?if it is why it is not able to support
incremental in case of PowerPC? It is the case with LInux? or for all the
OSes. Is there any general POwerPC port that could be used in any OS?
It would be great if any one could answer me these questions?
Regards,
Vasanth
