DataTable.Select () matchs a filter and
a state of the row. However if the the state is DataViewRowState is None,
the row is not added.

filed in http://bugzilla.ximian.com/show_bug.cgi?id=50582 and supplied a patch which skips the state test if DataViewRowState is None
