Hi Erik,
Sorry, I must of have missed your first email. I am
currently working on web services; there is quite a bit of framework
infrastructure missing for web services, namely Xml Schema and Xml
Serialization. So, this provides a pretty big road block to overcome.
The following is the pieces I am currently working on: asmx compilation
(basically done, Gonzalo completed most of this), asmx handler, and the
implementation of the server protocols (soap, get, post, soap12,
documentation). From the soap perspective, I am just focusing on
document literal support. I will focus more on RPC Encoding and Document
Encoding when Xml Schema support has matured in mono.
So, please let's get web services working on mono. ;-)
Dave
Note: I have moved this discussion to the development list.

Subject: [Mono-list] Web Services
So far no one has claimed ownership of Web Services. As long as their
are no objections, I'm going to look at implementing as much of the core
functionality as I can, and will send it in piecemeal.
Anyone who wants in on the action, drop me a line. I'll send you what
I've got.
regards,
Erik
