[Mono-devel-list] Building from cvs

Hi all great mono developers...

Sorry for that really stupid question (do we have Monday?:-)) but i'am
trying to build now mono from cvs.

I checked out in the morning mono, mcs and gtk-sharp, I ran the script
mono/doc/mono-build.sh ... all went fine.

Now I try to build the mcs package and the class libraries (oh, yes on
linux...) with the make -f makefile.gnu, but of course there is no
System.dll assembly available, I want to build it!?

Ok, must I install an older binary release? I remember that I have tried it
but I got some messages that the libraryies are out of sync with the
system....

Oh sorry, really stupid question, how can I build the libraries where the
libraries are needed by itself for building it?
