[Mono-devel-list] Threads

Hello,

I'm looking for information on the System.Threading part of .Net.
Is there any documents describing the behavioral aspects of the
threading model used in .Net... I would like to know if the context 
switching mechanisms of the runtime have been formalized... meaning
are the threads preemptive or those the context switching only happen when the
current thread is suspended by calling a wait.
