[Mono-devel-list] Multiple changelogs in mcs/class/System.Windows.Forms/Gtk/

Hi,

in mcs/class/System.Windows.Forms/Gtk/ there are two Changelog files. (One ChangeLog, the other changelog)
Please merge the contents and remove one of the files.
