slickedit does. however, this is proprietary and a little expensive. You
can download a trial if youd like. this is the only one I know of. there
is sharpdevelop, but I think this currently only runs on windows. i think
i read someone was using some windows editor on linux uding wine, but i
dont rememeber what the name is nor whether or not it supports
intellisense. search the list within the past 2 months.
