[Mono-devel-list] About "forbidden" methods access

Hello,

I've filed a bug that reports on a bug in MCS when calling a method that
is "public static" inside a "internal" class from outside of this one.

Is it possible that there were a bug in the runtime too? I think that
although mcs fail, the runtime must "forbid" the access to that method.
