Ah, I was just re-reading this and saw your clue about renaming the project. 
We did indeed have a bug where renaming the project caused it to no longer be
runnable.

I just fixed that bug [#680402], so I bet this is now fixed as well.

I'm going to mark this as fixed.  If this still happens in P15, please re-open
it.
