Can I suggest this be re-opened? 

There really should be a way to pick a default device without going into
Tools->Options->MonoDroid.  I think ideally there should be a right click
context menu on a device in the select a device dialog, with a menu option to
"Set this Device as Default" or something...  In practice I suppose it's not a
huge deal, but if you're going between the emulator and a physical device often
(which I do), it's going to be annoying to go all the way back into the
MonoDroid options to change this...
