additional fix: there need to be registry entries under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\VisualStudio\10.0\SupportedRuntimesForFxFamily

a main key "MonoDroid", and subkeys "1.0" "2.2" "2.3"
