in program files/reference assemblies/microsoft/framework/monodroid/, there is
a 'RedistList/FrameworkList.xml' file for each version. In that file, the
RuntimeVersion atribute is set to 2.0.5 for all 3 versions. For Prism to work
with MonoDroid, that attribute needs to match the version number - i.e., 1.0
for v1.0, etc.
