Does '-0 filename' really work?  The `aapt` output states that -0 takes a file
extension...

That said, a related note is that aapt will leave some files uncompressed by
default; it depends upon the file extension, but I can't find a good reference
for what file extensions result in no compression.  In previous efforts, I
recall that .txt files were uncompressed, but storing .dll files resulted in
compression (by default), and I hadn't noticed the -0 option at that time... 
(I wonder if that was added in Android SDK 2.3?)

That said, the real question is this: how should we specify that a given
resource should be stored uncompressed?  Hm...
