Jim Toth - your issue is likely due to XSP hanging first, then trying to debug
again after it hangs the first time.  This happened to me and you need to kill
the hung mono process manually before you can attempt to debug again.  

Fun news: debugging is working (for me at least) with the current incarnation
of mono 2.8 (beta 6).
