Summary: mono-service2 should set non-zero exit code if
                    lockfile already exists
    Classification: Mono
           Product: Mono: Runtime
           Version: 2.6.x
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P5 - None
         Component: misc
        AssignedTo: mono-bugs at lists.ximian.com
        ReportedBy: oskar.berggren at gmail.com
         QAContact: mono-bugs at lists.ximian.com
          Found By: ---
           Blocker: ---

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.2.12)
Gecko/20101027 Ubuntu/10.04 (lucid) Firefox/3.6.12

Currently, if mono-service2 is trying to start a service, but the lock file
already exists it will log this to syslog, but it will still return a zero exit
code.

If mono-service2 cannot start the service but exits immediately, it should
return a non-zero exit code.

Reproducible: Always
