Test case showing bug with XPathSelectElements.

User-Agent:       Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US) AppleWebKit/532.5
(KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/4.0.249.43 Safari/532.5

Attached simple test case.

calling XPathSelectElements("//Run") on some fairly simple xml doesn't yield
the correct results.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Compile and run attached simple test program.
Actual Results:  
No output

Expected Results:
