I played with some of our demos and noticed another problem (probably related
to the same issue) with RadAjaxManagerProxy in webusercontrol. For your
convenience I attached a sample project (I did my best to remove the useless
code) to this bug report.

In order to reproduce the problem, you have to either:
- select a date in RadDatePicker
- change the active skin in the RadSkinManager's SkinChooser dropdown

Exception:

Multiple controls with the same ID 'i0' were found. FindControl requires that
controls have unique IDs.
