Still broken in monotools 1.1.  However, sometimes the app just stops
responding after adding a breakpoint.  

I added a breakpoint to line line 18 of default.aspx.cs ("if (Page...")
Started the app, remote debugging.  It hit the breakpoint and I continued. Then
I added a new breakpoint while it was running to line 21, reloaded the page and
the page never refreshed, it just kept waiting for a new page to be sent out.
