Simply seems the libgif (4.1.6) can handle this files.
To confim this I tested by install giflib-tools Ubuntu package and ran
gifinfo on the gifs:

gifinfo test.gif
GIF-LIB error: Failed to Read from given file.

gifinfo myimage2.gif
GIF-LIB error: Image is defective, decoding aborted.
